Thoubal, August 28 2022: Phundrei Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR(S) organised a Security and Coordination Meet with village headmen at Phundrei, Thoubal District on August 27 .

A total of 18 headmen participated in the security meet, said a statement of IGAR(S) .

The meet was conducted to ensure a safe environment and security in the area of responsibility for overall development.

Various security related issues were also discussed at the meeting.

The participants assured to provide their cooperation to Assam Rifles in curbing nefarious activities and maintaining peace & harmony in the Area of Responsibilities.
