Imphal, January 27 2021: CADA continued their sit-in protest demanding the Government to appeal the 2018 drug haul case to a higher court.

A sit-in protest was jointly staged by Kyamgei Sega Lambi Kha-Wang Meira Paibi Lup and CADA at Kyamgei today, said a statement issued by CADA.

The sit protest today was part of CADA's series of protest demanding the Government to approach a higher court.

People attending the sit-in protest also condemned the Government decision to legalise alcohol in the State, added the statement.
