Imphal, December 26 2020: Troops of Assam Rifles posted in the far flung areas of Manipur celebrated Christmas in the areas of Moreh, Sajik and Ukhrul with the locals.

Assam Rifles distributed Christmas cakes to the local churches at Ukhrul and the celebration at Ukhrul was organised with the children and staff of Destitute Children Home, said a statement released by PRO Assam Rifles.

The statement added that the Christmas celebration at Moreh was organised with the children and staff of JJ Children Home where cake and refreshments were distributed.
