Bishnupur, February 26 2017: UCM, CCSK, Loumi-Sinmi Apunba Lup (LAL) Bishnupur District and UPF Bishnupur District Council jointly organised a public meeting today at Ningthoukhong Kha Khunou Bamon Mandop to discuss the Framework Agreement signed between the Government of India and NSCN (IM) .

Among others, UCM vice-president K Sunil, president CCSK P Arjun Telheiba and president UPF Bishnupur District Council S Ratan Kumar, attended the meeting.
