Imphal, November 25 2016: Alerting that black money holders and people having huge unaccounted money may approach their near and dear ones to deposit the money in their accounts, the BJP, Nungba Mandal has today appealed to all to stay away from such approaches.

In a statement, the mandal cautioned that anyone accepting such fraudulent proposal/offer will face penalties under law.

The mandal particularly warned all the zero balance account holders, BPL families and ST/SC students that they can be penalised for 1 to 7 years imprisonment under Benami Property Transaction Act, 1988 and disentitlement of Government welfare schemes if they are found to have adjusted money from hoarders of unaccounted money in their accounts.
