Imphal, October 22 2012: Errors, if any, in the personal details of each voter can now be checked online through internet without going to the election office.

Talking to TSE, Joint Chief Electoral Officer M Praveen informed that the IT Department has opened a new website related with the ongoing photo electoral roll revision.

Now any citizen can insert or change their names and photographs in the photo electoral roll by logging to www.manipurporta.mn.in.

They can also apply for change of residence through the same website.

Voters may enjoy this benefit till October 31.Apart from the CEO office, electoral registration officers are closely monitoring the website, Praveen said.
