Imphal, July 22 2014: Police today filed a chargsheet against Bahadur Thapa (50), who was accused of raping a 13 year old girl from Ideal Blind school.

Bahadur Thapa, a chowkidar in Ideal Blind school, has been booked under Section 378 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Acts, 2012 .
