Imphal, February 22 2016: A team of Narcotic Cell, Imphal West arrested two persons identified as L Thangchungnung alias Chuchung Khongsai (18) s/o L Thangminlien Khongsai of Molnom village, Ukhrul district and Sotinthang Touthang (18) s/o Jangkhoson Touthang of Shongmun village, Ukhrul district from Gambhir Shopping Complex, Imphal on February 20 in possession of 13 fake Indian currency notes of Rs 500 denomination.

A case has been registered at City PS and investigation is going on, according to a statement issued by the PRO of Police Dept.
