Imphal, May 21 2015 : Women-folk of Sekta village in Imphal East district today staged a sit-in-protest drawing the attention of the State Government to the missing case of two boys from a Children Home located at Dewlahland since May 9 .

Father of one of the missing kids, Yaikhom Ngocha said that his son was admitted at the Children Home through a local of Sekta on March 23 this year.

On May 9, the children home authority informed him that his son was missing, he said and added that since then his son has remained traceless.

A woman protester said that the two children went missing due to the negligence of the Children Home authority.

She also urged the concerned to release the two children if anybody has detained them in their custody.
