Imphal, December 19 2018: Maibam Manojkumar Special Judge Imphal West today convicted 28 year old Chongtham Ronald for committing a crime of rape of a differently abled minor girl three years back somewhere in Imphal West and fixed 21 December for the sentence hearing The judgment order was announced today in an open Court after it was kept reserved on December 7.The convict Chongtham Ronald @ Rohit'28 s/o Ch Radhakanta of Keishampat Mutum leikai who is presently lodged in Manipur Central Jail from July 2015 onward was produced before the Court today.
