AR organises security meet at Kotlein village

Noney, November 19 2021: Noney Battalion Assam Rifles of 22 Sector IGAR (East) organised a security meet at COB Kotlein in Kangpokpi district on Friday to promote the peace, harmony and stability in the area.

The aim of the meeting was to sensitise the locals regarding various aspects such as the current situations, upcoming assembly election, festive season and widening of National Highway 37.The meeting was attended by village chiefs, village authorities, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and representative of construction companies.

During the interaction with those present, various governmental development and welfare schemes run by central government were also highlighted.
