Chandel, September 18 2015 : Election for new executives of Kuki Chiefs' Association (KCA) Machi Block and Tengnoupal Block is set be held on Friday at Tengnoupal Research Centre Hall, Tengnoupal in Chandel district, our correspondent reports.

Informing media persons, Senpu Haokip, secretary, KCA, Tengnoupal and Machi Block said as the tenure of the incumbent executives of the association have expired, an election of new executive members will be held on September 15 at Tengnoupal Research Centre Hall.

The election of the new executive will be conducted under the observation of KCA Chandel district, he added.

The Secretary of the association also informed that all the Village Chiefs under Machi and Tengnoupal sub-division to attend the election on time without fail.
