Imphal, May 18 2016: Turel Ahanbi Mayai Leikai Social Welfare and Development As- sociation, Lilong have appealed to the authority concerned to restore power supply to the area as soon as possible as the area has been reeling under dark- ness for the last one month due to a default in the transformer at Lilong Turel Ahanbi Khongnang Makhong.

The body stated that de- spite repeated reminders to the department concerned about the restoration of power supply to the area, there were no positive response from the other end, a statement issued by the general secretary said.
