Bishnupur, July 17 2024: Marking the 13th foundation day of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), a new office of IRCS Bishnupur District Branch was inaugurated at the new mini secretariat complex, Bishnupur on Wednesday.

The inauguration programme Was attended by Bishnupur DC L Bikram Singh as chief guest and IRCS Bishnupur chairman Dr W Gulapi Singh as president while Bishnupur SP Ksh Ravikumar Singh and IRCS Manipur chairman Narendra Ningomba were present as guests of honour.

As a part of the function, certificates and recognition badges were distributed to 70 new members of IRCS Bishnupur branch.
