Imphal, June 16 2021: The District Child Protection Officer (DCPO), Chandel has stated that biological parents of the female infant found at the toilet of CRC Church (Molcham) at around 3.15 pm, on May 15, can claim the infant with full evidence till July 15, 2021 .

In a notification, the DCPO maintained that the matter will be taken up legally as per JJA (Care and Protection), 2015 if no objections come within the stipulated time.
