Imphal, February 16 2017: Flag hoisting programme of BJP candidate from 10-Uripok AC Nameirakpam Dwijamani was held at his residence located at Uripok Yambem Leikai.

Speaking at the programme, BJP Manipur Pradesh Election Management Committee chairman Th Chaoba said that over the last 15 years, some organisations have imposed economic blockade and bandh numerous times and all these have hindered development in the State.

"We have been appealing the State Government to resolve the issue but has unfortunately failed to do so.

We have suffered so much under the tortorous rule of the Congress-led State Government for 15 years," he said and questioned, "After all these, should we vote for Congress?" .
