Imphal, March 14 2016: The Churachandpur District Bar Association has congratulated Justice S.Serto on his elevation as Addl.

Judge of High Court of Manipur.

Wishing him great success in his career, the association noted that Justice Serto is the second tribal in the State to have attained such a revered position.

Justice T Vaiphei is the only other Judge to have attained the position.
