Imphal, October 10 2016: The Komrem Union has expressed its strong stand against the decision of the Academic Council of MU to follow the reservation norms of 2006 in the admission of students to the varsity.

In a statement, the Union urged the Academic Council of MU to review its decision in the interest of all the students and ensure that justice is served.

The Union also urged the MU authority to ensure that the academic session is not disturbed and that there is no communal hatred among the students of the varsity.
