Imphal, June 08 2022: Somsai, Shangshak and Chassad battalions of IGAR (South) conducted a lecture on yoga & yoga session for the Assam Rifles troops as part of a series of planned events to commemorate 8th International Yoga Day at their respective locations during which the troops were briefed on necessity to incorporate yoga in their daily routine to reduce the effect of lifestyle diseases and other physical ailments, informed PRO IGAR(S) .
