RIMS reopens northern gate

Imphal, May 08 2024: Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal on Wednesday notified that the RIMS IMA gate on the northern side of RIMS morgue has been reopened since Tuesday following district judge's order.

A release by RIMS informed that the district judge's order granted permission for movement to those who occupied homestead lands and their family members who reside at Lamphel Khunou, to use the road for'their easement through the newly constructed gate only for domestic works, religious matters, etc.

However, entry of other public through this gate will continue to be restricted due to security reasons, it added.
