Imphal, February 03 2020: Project Construction Division, PHED Manipur has notified that it is opening a water rent collection counter for convenience of all consumers of Chinga and Moirangkhom areas at Chinga treatment plant every Tuesday and Wednesday wef February 11 during office hours.

A press release issued by EE, Project Construction Division , PHED Manipur stated that illegal consumers have been instructed to do the needfal to avoid penalty within February.
