Sports, literary meet of IDPs begins

Imphal, January 03 2025: A two-day sports and literary meet for internally displaced persons (IDPs) of Jiribam organised by Jiribam district administration commended on Friday.

Boys and girls took part in different disciplines including football, race and blind-hit.

While distributing prizes to the winners, Jiribam DC Krishna Kumar said that the meet is being organised to help calm the minds of students, especially those staying in relief camps.

Cash awards were also handed over to girl performers of cultural dance.
