Governor celebrates Diwali with CRPF troops

Imphal, November 01 2024: Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya visited Senapati district headquarters on Friday to celebrate Diwali with CRPF troopers stationed there.

During the visit, the Governor extended his warm wishes for a joyous Diwali and a prosperous life to the officers and personnel, distributed sweets and joined them for the traditional Barakhana meal, according to a statement issued by PRO, Raj Bhavan.

The Governor also held discussions with representatives of various Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) at the office of the Senapati DC, where he was accorded warm reception by DC Mamoni Doley.
