Imphal, January 29 2015 : Civil Defence Electric/Handle siren would be blared on Martyr's Day which falls on Jan 30 at GM Hall from 10.59 am to 11.03 am.

A statement issued by the Directorate of Civil Defence said that Governor, Chief Minister and other top officials of the State will attend the Martyr's Day observance.

The statement further informed the public not to panic due to the loud sound of the siren.
