Imphal, July 28 2019: Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM) has informed to all concerned that the last date of issue and submission of prescribed application form for obtaining Eligibility Certificate for admission in class XI during the academic session 2019-20 in the institutions under the Council has been extended with effect from July 27 upto August 20 with a fine of Rs 1,500.Further, no students should be admitted in class XI by the concerned Head of institution without Eligibility Certificate, it added.
