Imphal, April 28 2018: Khuga Battalion under 'Self Observed and Initiated Little (SOIL) projects' launched 'Project Roshni' for the population residing in the remote and far flung areas near Indo-Myanmar border having limited access to main stream development schemes.

'Project Roshni' aims at providing lighting arrangements to village Tuingamjang and village Sekken where electricity has not reached yet, said PIB Defence Wing in a press release.
