Imphal, September 26 2019: Federation of Government College Teachers' Association (FEGOCTA) Manipur, staged sit in protest at Keishampat Leimajam Leikai, Community Hall, today demanding implementation of 7 UGC pay and regulations, 2018 .

Speaking to the media, President of FEGOCTA, Dr..APishak Singh said that they had submitted an ultimatum on September 9 to fulfill the demand on or before September 23, 2019 .

He further said that Education Minister, Th.Radheshyam invited today at 3 pm to discuss the matter.

If the government fails to fulfill the demands serious agitation and cease work strike will be launched, he added.
