Imphal, August 26 2015: A drawing and painting competition was organised at St Theresa Kids Care Foundation School, Chandel by 20 Assam Rifles under the aegis of 26 Sector Assam Rifles on August 25 .

Approximately 40 students participating in the event were encouraged to be creative by giving them freedom to choose a theme for their drawing/ painting.

The aim behind this exercise was to give a platform to the students showcase their talent in painting, PRO of IGAR (S) informed.

The students responded beyond expectations with their brush and colour and created great pieces of art.

Prizes were also distributed to six best painters.
