Imphal, August 25 2020: A complaint has been lodged at Heingang police station for allegedly shooting a dog by the village Chief of Macheng Village at around 7 am of July 26 .

The complainant said that the village chief who is also the chairman of the Macheng Village has given her an order to leave their village for complaining in connection with the shooting of the dog.

As mentioned in the order she have been alleged of violating the Customary laws and bye-laws of the village, which she denied.
