Imphal, July 25 2022: Rotary Club of Imphal and National Sports University (NSU) jointly organised a tree plantation drive at Khuman Lampak Sports complex on Sunday.

In a statement released by its president Pramod Jaiswal, Rotary Club of Imphal informed that the programme was organised with the support of Hariyali Project-Trees for Future of Mahindra Finance.

In all, 400 tree saplings were planted on the occasion.

The president then urged all to work together for protecting and conserving the environment, while further appealing to the people to adhere to Covid-19 appropriate behaviour and get vaccinated, if not done.
