Imphal, May 25 2021: The State police on Tuesday detained 237 individuals for violating the Covid guidelines and restrictions issued by the State Government and State Disaster Management Authority and collected a fine of Rs 78,100 (Rs seventy eight thousand and one hundred).

According to police, the number of violators detained so far is 1,42, 165 (one lakh, forty two thousand, one hundred and sixty five) while the fine collected is Rs 2,10,11, 860 (Rupees two crore, ten lakh eleven thousand, eight hundred and sixty) .
