CM's PRO clarifies on fund use

Imphal, November 19 2023: With reference to the news report published in the November 10 issue of this daily under the headline "CM launches permanent housing scheme for displaced persons", PRO of the CM's secretariat clarified that the portion "the government under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi had spent an amount of Rs 399.82 crore" should be read as "the government under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi had approved an amount of Rs 399.82 crore" .

A statement issued in this regard on Sunday further informed that components under the fund are under various stages of implementation.
