Imphal, August 19 2015: Joint Committee constituted against the killing of Kangabam (o) Ibemhal said that the victim's body would not be claimed until the culprit(s) are caught.

Speaking to media persons, JAC president L Basanta said that Andro police have arrested three suspects.

However, the JAC has decided not to claim the victim's body till the arrest of the real perpetrator(s), he said.

A memorandum has been submitted to Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam today demanding immediate arrest of the culprit.

Mention may be made, Ibemhal Devi, w/o (L) Modhu of Yairipok Poirou-khongjin Kaina Maya was found dead inside her son's bedroom at around 11.30 am yesterday.
