Imphal, September 18 2011: Khurai Assembly Constituency MLA Dr Ng Bijoy inaugurated a community hall at Khomidok yesterday.

Speaking at the occasion, the MLA said, it is unfortunate that people have been forced to endure in constant hardship by imposing prolonged economic blockade.

Expressing his personal opinion, it would be more suitable to name Sadar Hills as Kangpokpi district.
