Imphal, July 16 2018: Mantripukhri Battalion Assam Rifles of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South) started pre-recruitment training for local youth at Hanuman Top Company Operating Base.

A total of 29 aspirants participated on the opening day.

During the address the aspirants were introduced to the recruitment process, informed regarding the eligibility criteria and the tests involved as part of the selection process.

The pre recruitment training is being conducted for the aspiring youth in the region keeping in mind the Army Recruitment Rally scheduled from 13 October to 23 October 2018 in Churchandpur District.

The pre recruitment training will include training of these young aspirants in physical and written tests for selection during the Army Recruitment Rally.

The pre recruitment training will continue till the time Army recruitment rally starts.

The aspirants were thankful to Assam Rifles for conduct of pre recruitment training and for the efforts by Assam Rifles in guiding them.
