Imphal, April 16 2020: Medical Superintendent of RIMS Hospital has thanked 'Prosperous Manipur', an organisation formed by like-minded people led by Nephrology Head of Department Dr T Brojen Singh for donating safety items of 10 PPE kits, 30 bottles of hand-sanitizers (200 ml) and 20 bottles of 100 ml hand-sanitizers to RIMS Hospital for the fight against COVID-19 .

A statement issued by Prosperous Manipur said that as a service to society and to help curb the spread of coronavirus, the organisation donated safety items to the hospital.

Specified prescribed medicines for the elders, 30 units of hand-sanitizers and 12,000 litres of water were also provided to Mongsangei Old Age Home.

Adhering to safety measures of maintaining social distance, the organisation was represented by 1 member in old age home and 3 members in RIMS, it added.
