Imphal, December 11 2019: 25 year old Md Nawaj Sarif, was remanded into judicial custody by Special Judge, POCSO, Imphal West till December 24 in connection with the rape of a minor victim.

Md Nawaj Sarif s/o Md Najemuddin of Urup Salanpham Leikai, was produced before the Court after the completion of 9 days in police custody remand under Women PS, Imphal West, along with a prayer for remanding him again into judicial custody.

The Court after going through the case records, remanded him into judicial custody till December 24 .
