Imphal, March 11 2015: All Tribal Rights Protection Forum, Manipur (ATRPFM) has strongly condemned dissolution of ADCs and proposed postponement of its election.

In a statement, ATRPFM said that postponement of ADC election after its dissolution for six months amounts to subjugation and deprivation of the rights of tribal people.

It added that party system must be retained in ADC election.
