Protestors vandalise TPC staffer's car

Imphal, September 10 2024:
Protestors vandalised car of The People's Chronicle's Kakching correspondent Wangjam Sanjay on his way back home after filing his report at this daily's office following the internet ban order, on Tuesday.
The incident occurred near Kakwa Bazar on Tuesday night.
He identified himself as a journalist when the protestors stopped him.
Some of them asked him to pass through while some refused to give way.
In fhe meantime, some of the protestors fired slingshots and pelted stones towards his car, damaging his window shields.
Luckily, he managed to get through the crowd of protestors without any physical injuries.
