Imphal, February 09 2025: Following the resignation of Chief Minister N Biren, the State Assembly session which was scheduled to commence on February 10 has been staved off.

Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla today issued an order whereby the previous order issued on January 24, 2025 which summoned the seventh session of the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly from February 10 was declared null and void.
