Imphal, November 05 2017: Network for Positive People, Imphal West (NPPIW) today organised Ningol Chakkouba especially for HIV infected widows, women and children at the residence of Loitongbam Janaranjan Singh, Project Coordinator Vihaan CSC Imphal West at Singjamei Oinam Thingel .

The festival was organised under the guidance of District AIDS Prevention Control Unit (DAPCU), Imphal West and sponsorship of social worker Oinam Romen .

Gifts were presented to those HIV infected widows, women and children who took part in the festival.
