Imphal, March 03 2009: Apprehending mass mobilisation/agitation by the general public that may result in serious breach of peace in different areas of Bishnupur district, carrying of stones, sticks and other objects that can be used as weapons and gathering of more than 4/5 persons have been prohibited in Bishnupur district under Section 144 (2) of the CrPC with immediate effect, said a notification issued by the District Magistrate of Bishnupur.
