Imphal, July 02 2013: Charging the news item published in today's local dailies by Ward Development Committee (WDC) Member Khumbongmayum Ghambir Singh and his party as baseless and false, Youth Development Organisation (YUDO) has observed that Hijam Nutanchandra Singh, Councillor and Chairman Ward No 3 has been constructing drain and taking up other works of Inter Village Road under the 2nd State Finance 2010-11 .

In its press statement, YUDO has informed the Member WDC not to spread false news about the young and promising person who had also taken the charge of Secretary of YUDO for many terms.
