Imphal, August 31 2012: State Bank of India, MU Campus Branch organised a tree plantation programme at Lilong Higher Sec School, Lilong today where in around 50 saplings were planted, said the CM, SBI MU Branch in a statement.

The programme was initiated by James Thatlinga, AGM, SBI Regional Business Office, Imphal and HC Saloi, CM (Rural), SBI, SP Sharma, SM SBI MU and W Ibomcha Singh, Principal of Lilong Hr Sec School.

Meanwhile, the SBI also donated five water filters to the school under its Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
