Imphal, January 31 2016: The Manipur Students' Association Delhi (MSAD) has geared up to carry out awareness campaigns in all the nine districts of Manipur starting from February 2 .

Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club here today, MSAD president Niraj Shah said that students from the North East pursuing higher studies in Delhi have been facing lots of difficulties including racial discrimination.

The awareness campaign would focus on facilitating students who wish to go to Delhi for higher studies, Niraj said while appealing to all parents and the general public to support the campaign.

The campaign would highlight prospects of academic facilities and courses offered in Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Jamia Millia Islamia University etc.

The awareness campaign will be opened at DM College of Arts on February 2, he added.
