Imphal, December 31 2018: Please refer to the news item which appeared under the headline, 'PAMYAL emerge winners of IW 2nd Div League' in the December 31 issue of this paper.

The last paragraph of the news item should be read as "Ph Manish pulled back a goal for MTSU in the 42nd minute but their condition got worsened when S Mukesh (44') and S Rocketson (48', 57') took their turns to score and handed SYPA a 6-1 lead which remained undisturbed till the final whistle favouring SYPA the 3rd spot." and not as published.

The inadvertent error is highly regretted.
