Imphal, December 31 2015 : 45 AR troops and Heingang police arrested a man who recruits cadres for PLA from Khabaisoi yesterday.

He has been identified as Takhelambam Anand (29) s/o Vaima of Nongdam Mamang Leikai.

He revealed that he recruited lance corporal Tikendra alias Ngongo from Sawombung, Incriminating articles were recovered from his possession.

He along with the recovered items have been handed over to Heingang police station.
