Imphal, March 20 2015 : Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL), General Manager Kh Khamba Singh has appealed to all electric consumers in Imphal area to extend full cooperation during the activation process of prepaid meters by their officials which start on March 19 and targeted to complete March 31 .
