Imphal, July 30 2022: Keithelmanbi Battalion of IGAR (S) organised a wreath-laying ceremony to commemorate the supreme sacrifice made by company havildar major Bahadur Chand and rifleman Dhan Bahadur Thapa at Keithelmanbi Garrison in Imphal West district on Saturday.

In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that the brave-hearts in the glorious traditions of security forces made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of the nation on July 30 in 1997 at Piphema, Nagaland.

All ranks of the Battalion remembered the inspiring bravery of the fallen heroes.
