AR helps accident victim

Imphal, April 28 2018: In a positive gesture towards assisting civilian populace, 26 Assam Rifles of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) provided emergency medical treatment to a road accident victim thereby saving his life.

One Mr Chingam son of Mr Tharami of village Khoiripok, met with a bike accident on 28 April 2018 and received injuries on the left side of his face.

The individual was given prompt medical treatment at the medical room.

The villagers have expressed kind words of appreciation for the noble gesture of the Assam Rifles.
